When you submit an enquiry form, the details you enter are emailed to our enquiry inbox. We hold the information you choose to send us (name, company, contact details and your packaging requirements) only to respond to and manage your enquiry.

We use your information to prepare specifications, samples and quotations you have requested, and to communicate with you about your orders. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

Enquiry correspondence is held in our business email and order records. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing sales@kcpaperpackaging.com.
